About this event

The 84th Annual Mid-Continent Dental Congress (MCDC) will take place on September 24–25, 2026, at the historic St. Louis Union Station in St. Louis. Organized by the Greater St. Louis Dental Society, MCDC is one of the premier regional dental meetings in the United States, bringing together more than 2,200 dental professionals for two days of continuing education, networking, hands-on learning, and industry innovation.

The congress features over 60 educational courses, 30+ nationally recognized speakers, and a large Midway Exhibit Hall with more than 130 exhibiting companies showcasing the latest products, technologies, and clinical solutions in dentistry. Attendees include dentists, hygienists, assistants, office managers, technicians, students, and industry representatives. The event also offers CE-accredited lectures and workshops, social activities, and networking opportunities designed to support professional growth across the entire dental team.
